Empower - strength throughout menopause

Empower specialises in working with women throughout all stages of menopause, with a focus on not just movement and nourishment, but building back self-confidence, self-worth and finding the best version of themselves yet, both physically and mentally.

We offer in-person group training, bespoke coaching programmes and one-to-one support.

Our coaching programmes will provide you with the know-how to help improve strength, mobility and wellbeing. They will help you nourish your body, whilst enjoying all the other benefits that brings such as weight loss, better sleep, more energy, increased confidence and empowerment throughout Menopause.

Empower is run by Nikki who has around three decades of experience in the Health and Fitness Industry, including personal training, group exercise, senior management and coaching and mentoring. She is a Health and Wellness Coach, specialising in strength and conditioning, nutrition, sleep, stress and recovery and peri- to post-menopause health and wellbeing.
